Cally and Dan Withington Wedding Photography I was called one evening to see if I was free to discuss the wedding photography for Cally and Dan, so one winter evening I headed over to the beautiful Cotswold village of Withington. As I entered the house I was greeted by Cally and Dan and my school […]
Natalie and Dave The Royal Lodge Wedding Photography As locations go the Forest of Dean is beautiful, and Symonds Yat is just stunning. So for the wedding to be sat by the river it was an exciting prospect for me, the view over the River Wye is breath taking, especially where the horseshoe part of […]
Simon and Rebekah Polhawn Fort Wedding Photography Polhawn Fort is the furthest I have travelled to this year, but I wasn’t phased by this, as I love being by the coast, so after a few hours drive to Rame, Torpoint in Cornwall this was an easy drive for me. As soon as I arrived this place […]
Addison and Laura Cotswold Wedding Photography Almost a year to the day I photographed Addison’s dad’s wedding (Quentin and Liz Tailford) so when I was asked to photograph Addison and Laura’s big day I felt very honoured to be part of their families special occasions again. I met up with Addison and Laura in the […]
Emma and Ian This was one of my favourite venues of 2013 so I was really happy to be returning for Emma’s and Ian’s big day. It is a great location inside and out and provides a great canvas for some amazing photographs. The weather was looking good so always a good start, with the […]
Abbie and Adam This year I seem to be having run of military weddings, and I for one love these weddings. I have so much respect for our armed forces and really am proud to be part of a wedding that gives us a minuscule insight to the these brave people. Both Abbie and Adam […]
Jonathan and Lucy Hyde Barn is becoming a very popular spot for me this year, set next to Fosse Manor Nr Stow-on-the-Wold it’s not surprising why it’s a busy venue. Jonathan and Lucy set the location last year and the day was set to be incredible but with all UK weddings something we can’t predict […]
Hannah and Tristan This wedding was always going to be special with Hannah and Tristan’s taste for a very cool vintage theme. This was a wedding I was really excited about, for many reasons from the vintage bus, car, to the barn, but I have to start with the church and the getting ready venue […]
David and Tiffany Saturdays weather forecast was not looking good, for this wedding and many others today. Many of my photographer friends were all taking preparations including myself for… storms, thunder and lightening, hmmm, so not just content with a shower but the full set, great! It was just typical of the british weather to […]
Katy and James I get excited about all weddings I photograph, they are all different, whether the Location, the people or the unknown that may happen on the day. When I was booked to photograph this wedding I was virtually school boy excited as they had something arranged for the day that 1. I wanted […]
Craig and Andrew I love photographing weddings, they are such happy occasions, full of the couples love and personality. They are all so unique and different from the previous wedding and the to next, this wedding was no exception. I met this couple after a recommendation from another couple I photographed. From the offset I knew this […]
So it seems Banksy has painted his new piece in Cheltenham, and only a stone through away from my home. So it was a MUST to whizz down and get some pics of it, incase the council or GCHQ instruct it to be removed, especially as it looks like this piece is inspired by the […]
Craig and Andy Click images to view full size I met Craig and Andy at the end of 2013 to arrange my first civil partnership wedding. The spring-time date is fast approaching and at one of my favourite venues, Cripps Barn near Cirencester. Sister or Big Brother to my favourite venue of last year, Cripps […]
Hayley and Paul Getting great weather at the start of the year is always hit and miss, however if Hayley and Paul had been doing a sundance the night before their wedding it worked! From the moment I arrived in the morning the sun was beaming just perfect to reflect the whole day. First finger […]
Jonny and Lucy With the 2013 wedding season finally over, my last shoot on the 28th December in Leicester, I was looking forward to getting started again in 2014. So when the call came from Lucy and Jon confirming their venue, I was excited to be visiting Fosse Manor’s wedding venue, Hyde Barn in Stow […]
So with new ideas looming for my winter weddings, I wanted to test my new LED (home-made) lighting bar. So I armed myself with my daughter and Nephew and headed up into the woods with sparklers, wire wool, a lighter and my new creation. This is the results!

Natalie and Jim Wedding photography is hard work with long challenging days, but the rewards are so great, and this wedding was no exception. It was a 9.30am start to capture all the natural shots of the bride, her bridesmaids, daughter and mum getting ready, it’s all about documenting as much of the day as […]
Day 246 – Traces of evidence Er, no officer I wasn’t taking pictures whilst driving, ok so maybe I was but I was in control and still had one hand on the wheel (not the camera jog wheel) plus it was only for 1.6sec plus .4sec to put the camera down. It takes longer […]
Day 244 – Lots of smile for hugs Not much to say about this image that the picture doesn’t already, Lottie and Hugo having a nice brotherly sisterly cuddle whilst giving me a perfectly timed pair of beaming smiles!
