Day 133 – Huge Hugo.

Today was an amazing day, our baby was delivered with many emotions from elation to fear, as the Labour went on for almost 4 days resulting in forceps in the operating theatre. My wife was only one push away from a C-Section something she and myself really didn’t want. Thankfully after a few very strong pushes from a very determined woman and a few tugs by the midwife our bruiser of a boy was born at 01.40 weighing in at 9lbs. He was bigger than we thought and the boys clothes we had bought were too small for him so he had to wear a bigger baby grow that we had which was a girls in a nice pink colour, hence the note the nurses left in his cot when he went off for his antibiotics!
