Tom and Tonia Herbert

The venue is Hunter Hall in Swanton Morley,  a gorgeous farmland setting with a traditional barn, Tom and Tonia had a civil ceremony in the early afternoon of June weekend. As Tonia got ready for her big day, the best men, ushers, brothers and dad enjoyed a last minute bite to eat and a nerve calming drink a mile down the road in Darby’s pub. So before the arrival of the bride in her bright red car the boys set out for a few snaps in their finest tweed, a brief walk up the farm lane in Reservoir Dogs style formation, finished off with some farm yard pics with brothers and dad.

As Tonia arrived there was just enough time to get some pictures before settling down for the ceremony. After the big cheers from the ‘I do’s’ and the first kiss of a the married couple it was time to gather the family for the group photos on the farm. With the family shots complete,  it was time to make use of Tonia’s brother’s beautiful 1965 Ford Mustang used as the bridal car. We took the lovely couple and car up to the corner of the farm where the fields were full of a bright yellow sea of rapeseed. This allowed Tom and Tonia a little of time to themselves and a bit of fun with wellies in this glorious backdrop before heading back to the family and friends for the rest of their special day. So it was food, speeches and the evenings entertainment, what would be more fitting? Barn dancing, great fun had by all, it was a great day in the countryside.
