How would you describe your wedding videography style?

I capture weddings in an unobtrusive, natural, relaxed, and fun documentary style, allowing you to fully enjoy your day while I focus on preserving the genuine emotions, laughter, and joy that make your wedding unique.

How long will you film on our wedding day?

I’m with you from around 2–3 hours before your ceremony until after your first dance — plus a little extra to capture any special moments. My aim is to cover the day comprehensively without being intrusive.

What will we receive after our wedding?

My main package includes:

• 7–9 minute cinematic highlight film with ceremony and speeches audio

• 1-1.30-minute trailer

• Your ceremony and speeches in full

When will we receive our wedding film?

All films are delivered via a secure online gallery within 12-14 weeks of your wedding day (if not sooner). A USB drive with your films will follow shortly after, so you can watch, share, and treasure your memories anytime.

Do we need a second videographer?

In most cases, no. I film weddings in a documentary, unobtrusive style and am experienced in capturing your day comprehensively on my own — from preparations through to the first dance.
However, if you’re planning a larger wedding, multiple ceremony locations, or would like extended coverage from different angles (for example, both partners getting ready in separate venues), a second videographer can be added to your package.
I’m always happy to discuss your plans and advise on what would work best for your day.

How far do you travel for weddings?

I film weddings anywhere in the UK, and I’m based in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire — right in the heart of the Cotswolds with excellent road access. Destination weddings are also possible; please ask for details.

Note: For venues more than 2 hours away, overnight accommodation may be required at cost. This ensures I arrive rested and ready for your big day.

What equipment do you use, and do you have backups?

I use Nikon cameras, a variety of lenses, a drone, and smaller cameras like, DJI Osmo Pocket 3, GoPro and Insta360. I always carry backup cameras and lenses, so nothing is left to chance.

Are you fully insured?

Absolutely. I have public liability insurance, and a dedicated drone insurance.available upon request. These are also sent to you a month before the wedding for you to share with your wedding venue.

Do you provide drone footage?

Yes, I can include aerial drone footage where permitted, and weather permitting, adding a cinematic perspective to your wedding film. This is at no extra cost.

Do you film same-sex weddings?

Yes! I film all types of weddings with the same relaxed, documentary approach, capturing love in every form.

Can we customise our wedding film package?

Absolutely — I offer tailored packages to suit your style, day schedule, and budget. Contact me to discuss your ideas.

How do you handle audio for the ceremony and speeches?

I capture high-quality audio using discreet microphones, ensuring your vows, speeches, and special moments are clear and preserved beautifully.

Do you offer wedding photography as well?

How do we book you as our wedding videographer?

If you’d like to secure your wedding date, get in touch via my contact form. I’ll confirm my availability, and if your date is free, I’ll send an online booking form and contract with deposit details to secure your day.

Can you recommend any wedding suppliers?

Yes, absolutely. Having worked as a wedding videographer in Cheltenham, the Cotswolds and across the UK for many years, I’ve had the pleasure of working alongside some fantastic wedding suppliers — from photographers and planners to florists, venues, bands and DJs.

Can you stay later than your usual coverage time?

My standard coverage usually runs until shortly after your first dance, with a typical cut-off time of around 10pm. This allows me time to safely back up your footage, offload data, and prepare both myself and my equipment for the following day — especially during busy wedding season when I may be filming again.
That said, extended coverage can absolutely be arranged for a small additional fee if you’d like more of your evening celebrations captured. Just let me know your plans and we can tailor the coverage to suit your day.
