Jonny and Lucy

With the 2013 wedding season finally over, my last shoot on the 28th December in Leicester, I was looking forward to getting started again in 2014. So when the call came from Lucy and Jon confirming their venue, I was excited to be visiting Fosse Manor’s wedding venue, Hyde Barn in Stow on the Wold. This venue is beautiful inside and out, with picturesque views to give you a wedding album to be envious of. In true British style the weather tried to put a dampener on it, with the sunshine sandwiched either side of today, but even this grey day wasn’t going to spoil the pre-wedding shoot for us all. Gear out of the bag it was time to get the shots for Lucy and Jon’s ‘Save the Day’ invites, see what opportunities will be available in August, and let the couple get used to the camera. Next visit here with the lovely couple will be in the height of our summer and WILL provide us a sunshine sandwich, but this time the sunshine will be the filling!
