Day 61 – Sweet memories.

No one ever needs reminding how great ice-cream tastes, unless of course you are dairy intolerant but as a child this simple thing, a blob of ice-cream on a wafer cone makes such happiness and no matter how old you are those tastebud feelings are hard to beat, especially when the sun is shining. One thing this ice cool food does is refresh memories of running out to the ice-cream van before it leaves whilst running round the house trying to find some money, plus you had to get out there before it had a queue of  neighbours taking forever trying to decide if they wanted a 99 flake or a Strawberry Split…  Screwball for me, flake for Lottie!
