Sarah and Rich’s wedding at The Barn at Upcote in Withington, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, stands out as a cherished memory—a celebration of love, laughter, and shared passions. The day unfolded like a dream, with every detail meticulously crafted to reflect the couple’s vibrant personalities and their love for fitness and the outdoors.
The journey began with bridal preparations in a beautiful Airbnb in Cheltenham, where Sarah and her bridesmaids adorned themselves in lilac pastel dresses, setting the tone for the day’s elegance. Meanwhile, Rich and his groomsmen donned tweed jackets, exuding rustic charm and sophistication.
The venue itself was transformed into a tropical paradise, with vibrant floristry adorning every corner—flowers, buttonholes, bouquets, and the very essence of the setting breathed life into the celebration.
As Sarah made her grand entrance down the magnificent steps into the courtyard, the air was filled with the haunting melody of bagpipes played by The Herefordshire Piper, lending an air of majesty and tradition to the occasion.
Against the backdrop of a picturesque Cotswold barn and blue skies, the ceremony unfolded with heartfelt vows exchanged amidst a playful breeze that teased Sarah’s veil. Quick hands from the best man ensured it remained tethered, a moment of spontaneity and laughter that perfectly captured the couple’s joyful spirit.
Adding to the magic, the couple’s beloved spaniel, adorned in a floral collar, made a charming appearance, symbolising the inclusion of their furry family member in their special day.

After the heartfelt speeches, guests were treated to a surprise performance by secret ‘singing waiters,’ igniting the party spirit and leading everyone in a joyous conga around the courtyard, uniting friends and family in celebration.
